He raped a 14 year old girl while she was sleeping and received an 11-12 month jail sentence. Probably too short of a sentence IMHO. But, trolling for kids on the internet with an unregistered screen name got him 20 years? Somehow the scales of justice seem to have tipped over here. This fool could probably use some more time in the pokey to sort things out. But 20 years?!!
